What photos work best?
multiple angles with good lighting is ideal, but any clear photo works. We'll reach out if we need more photos.
How big is the charm?
Each charm is roughly 10cm tall, making it a perfect pocket-sized keepsake that's easy to display or carry with you.
How long does it take?
Most orders ship in 2–3 weeks. You'll get updates throughout the whole process
Can you make cats or other pets?
Dogs are our specialty right now, cats and more are coming soon!
What if it doesn't look like my dog?
Tell us! Free revisions until you love it, or a full refund with our Happiness Promise.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only offer standard delivery within Australia and New Zealand, if you want to arrange special delivery to an international location email us and we will see what we can do 😉
What materials do you use?
Printed in a tough, non-toxic polymer with comfortably rounded edges and vibrant color. The stainless-steel clip is secured to a reinforced plastic mount for a reliable hold.
Can I order multiple charms?
Absolutely! Many customers order charms for multiple pets or as gifts. Each charm is individually crafted to capture your pet's unique personality.
