What can I order today?
Our 10cm custom dog bag charms are available to order now. Other PolyPets products are still in development and available for expression of interest only.
What's coming soon?
We're working on 20cm custom pet statues, pet memorial urns, and custom pet playing card sets. You can register your interest, but these products are not available to purchase yet.
What photos work best?
Multiple angles with good lighting are ideal, but any clear photo works. We'll reach out if we need more photos.
How big is the charm?
Each bag charm is roughly 10cm tall, making it a pocket-sized keepsake that's easy to display or carry with you.
How big will the statues and urns be?
Our coming-soon custom pet statues are planned as 20cm pieces. The memorial urn is planned as a 20cm custom pet statue attached to a removable lid above an ashes box/base.
How long does it take?
Most bag charm orders ship in 2–3 weeks. Coming-soon products do not have confirmed production or shipping timelines yet.
Can you make cats or other pets?
Dog bag charms are our focus right now. Our coming-soon product plans include broader custom pet products, and you can register your interest if you have a cat or another pet.
What if it doesn't look like my dog?
Tell us! Free revisions until you love it, or a full refund with our Happiness Promise.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only offer standard delivery within Australia and New Zealand, if you want to arrange special delivery to an international location email us and we will see what we can do 😉
What materials do you use?
Our current bag charms are printed in a tough, non-toxic polymer with comfortably rounded edges and vibrant color. The stainless-steel clip is secured to a reinforced plastic mount for a reliable hold.
Can I order multiple charms?
Absolutely! Many customers order charms for multiple pets or as gifts. Each charm is individually crafted to capture your pet's unique personality.
