Clear, well-lit photos are best. Multiple angles help, but you can start with the best photos you have and we'll ask if we need more.
How big is the charm?
Each bag charm is roughly 10cm tall, making it a pocket-sized keepsake that's easy to display or carry with you.
How long does it take?
Most orders ship in 2–3 weeks. You'll get updates throughout.
Can you make cats or other pets?
Dogs are our specialty right now—cats and more are coming soon!
What if it doesn't look like my dog?
You'll review the likeness before we finish it. If it doesn't feel like your dog, revisions are free. If we can't get it right, we'll refund you.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only offer standard delivery within Australia and New Zealand, if you want to arrange special delivery to an international location email us and we will see what we can do 😉
